Canon Speedlite 580EXII

The Canon Speedlite 580EXII is the premier Speedlite for all photographers, including professionals. The newly designed Canon 580EX II is made to match the EOS-1D Mark III in terms of improved dust- and water-resistance, body strength.

The Canon Speedlite 580EXII has E-TTL evaluative flash metering for critically accurate exposure and high output with maximum guide number 58 at 105mm setting (ISO 100, metres).The Canon 580EX II has the ability to control flash functions and settings from the camera menu (EOS-1D Mark III only).

The Canon Speedlite 580EXII is the premier Speedlite for all photographers, including professionals. The Canon 580EX II features improved communication reliability through its direct contacts, and recycling time is both 20% shorter than the 580EX and is completely inaudible.
